  • The project rate is based on the scope of work (SOW), required resources, and timeline, which define our team’s workload. After evaluating these factors, we’ll include your project rate in the proposal. If we’re the right fit to help you achieve your brand’s goals, we’ll create a Tailored Project Proposal for your approval.

  • When clients invest in our packages and services, they’re prioritizing branding before marketing—because no amount of marketing can sell a product or service without a strong brand identity. Each project is unique, with pricing based on challenges, goals, scope, deliverables, and timeline.

    The inquiry form guides our complimentary consultation, while the brand clarity form, submitted afterward, provides deeper insight. After reviewing your submissions, we’ll craft a tailored proposal for your review. Once approved, we’ll send an invoice to move forward.

  • Once your project is booked, we’ll email you the onboarding steps. After onboarding, all communication and project files will be organized in your dedicated Notion client portal. This ensures a streamlined and efficient collaboration process.

  • Our studio operates Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, with a break for siesta from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM CST. We are closed Friday through Sunday, as well as on national holidays and during scheduled vacation periods. This schedule allows us to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering our best work for you.

  • Our project timelines are non-negotiable and purposefully set to prioritize originality and quality. While others may promise faster results, we focus on delivering work that makes your brand stand out. Our intentional process ensures that the outcomes resonate deeply with your audience.

  • Clients must complete their pre-onboarding tasks at least one month before the project kick-off date to give us time to review the information together. These tasks are crucial for gathering the necessary details to execute your project effectively. Any incomplete tasks will delay your project’s kick-off, as we cannot start until they are finished and a strategy session is scheduled to discuss your responses.

  • Please note that we require a minimum one-month buffer between your project’s hand-off and your desired launch date to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. In contrast, change requests involve significant alterations that shift the project’s scope, requiring additional planning and resources, which may incur fees due to their impact on the project timeline and workflow.
